Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Candles must be unused, unburned, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.

We do not accept returns on used or burned candles.

Damaged Items
If your candle arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item. We’ll gladly replace it or issue a refund.
